Integrative Elements is a Pilates and GYROTONIC® studio located in Mar Vista.  Owner and certified trainer, Deandra Hite, has created a peaceful and private environment in the comfort of a home setting.  The studio is equipped with a Balanced Body Pilates Reformer and a GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower.  Sessions may combine Pilates and GYROTONIC® as well as elements of yoga and bodywork.
